Good so far. Wish there were more than 30 in a bag.
Bit pricey for 30. Got the three pouch and that sorted it.
I like them. I went through a phase in weeks two and three where I didn't think anything was happening and almost stopped. Glad I didn't. Things are more regular now than they've been in a while. The only reason for four stars instead of five is I wish the pouch had more than 30.
What I like is that they didn't promise me the world. Every other thing I bought said it would change my life and then nothing. This one just says it supports digestion and it's kombucha in a gummy. Low expectations, and I've been pleasantly surprised. Almost three months now.
